    This cream is amazing. The only downside, which isn’t Lash Factor’s fault, is a customs fee charged to the client upon reception of the item, as high as 10 EURO, which will happen even if you order the cream from the official site. So, 12 pounds for transportation, plus 10 EURO when you get it, you pay 50 EURO for something which cost 28. The container holds 30 g of cream, which is enough for medium-sized tattoos, but since it isn’t thick, there is a possibility you’ll get to the end of it pretty soon if you use it in large areas. Also, you MUST apply a thick layer, or else the numbing won’t be even, and you might get short bursts of pain between numbness.
    Overall, great product, wish I could have it at a more affordable price, as far as extra expenses are concerned.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
