Professional eyebrow and eyelash tint stain remover for professional use.
Directions for Use:
- Once the tint has been removed, apply the stain remover using a cotton bud and apply it to the stain.
- Gently massage, and then rinse the area with Sienna X Micellar Water.
- Works best when immediately applied to the stain.
Sienna X Patch Test Policy:
Please patch test:
• If a client has not used the Sienna X product before.
• If a client has gone 6 or more months without a treatment
• A client has any significant changes, Cancer, pregnancy, general illness/changes of health etc, as this can affect the way product develops etc.
Please always check with your insurance provider on their best practices also.

Aqua (Water), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Paraffinum Liquidum, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Salicylate, Citric Acid.
Additional Information:
- Contains 3% Hydrogen Peroxide.
- ONLY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE.
- Wear suitable gloves when applying.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Rinse immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- This product can cause severe allergic reactions. Please follow in any case the instructions and directions for use.
- This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
