Description
Kit Includes:
- 1 x No.1 Relaxing Solution (10 sachets)

Directions For Use:
- Prepare the brows and lashes for the treatments. This step includes cleaning the hairs to apply the serum and selecting the correct shields for the desired effect of the lashes.
- Apply Nr. 1 Relaxing Lotion on the lashes. Leave the solution on the hair for a few minutes, depending on the hair type. Then remove the solution with a cotton swab.
- Apply Nr.2 The Laminate. Set the desired process time that allows the brow and lash hairs to absorb the solution.
- Apply Nr.3 Nourishing Elixir. The solution helps to strengthen the hair, and also makes sure to remove all the residue.
- Remove the serum, shields, etc, and have the clients enjoy the eye-catching brow and lash look!

No.2 The Laminate: Aqua (Water), Sodium Bromate, Glass Beads, Urea, Glyceryl Stearate, Peg-100 Stearate, Glycerin, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Panthenol, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Equisetum Arvense (Horsetail) Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Xanthan Gum, Parfum (Fragrance), Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Butylphenyl Methylpropional.

Additional Information:
- After opening a sachet, you have to use it within 48 hours. However, you can still use it for patch test purposes for 7 days.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
