The DET-306 infrared forehead thermometer is specifically designed for safe use on the forehead. The Infrared Forehead Thermometer is a device capable of measuring people’s body temperature by detecting the intensity of infrared light emitted from the forehead. It converts the measured heat into a temperature reading displayed on the LCD. The infrared forehead thermometer is intended for the intermittent measurement of human body temperature from the skin surface of the forehead by people of all ages. When properly used, it will quickly assess your temperature in an accurate manner.

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Press the ‘Power’ button.
  2. Press the’ Start’ button.
  3. Point the thermometer pointing at the centre of the forehead with a distance of 2 to 3 cm.
  4. Read the temperature.
  5. Press the ‘Power’ button to turn it off.

Storage:

Do not store above 25°C.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
