Description
Intense, long-lasting colour with an improved formula for intense lashes and perfectly groomed brows.
Directions For Use:
- Ensure brows/lashes are thoroughly cleansed and free of oils.
- Use barrier cream/petroleum jelly and eye protection papers or cotton wool to protect the skin.
- Mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops of developer liquid or 15-20 drops of developer cream to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows.
- Leave to develop for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove with cotton wool and water.
Patch Testing Directions:
- Mix 1cm of dye cream with 5 drops of activating solution.
- Apply a very small amount to a small, unobtrusive area e.g. on the inner bend of the elbow or behind the ear.
- Allow to dry and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours. If no irritation or rash occurs during this time, the chances of a reaction during treatment is very much less, but is never certain.
- If any sign of irritation or rash occurs, wash the area thoroughly and do not carry out the treatment.

Shelf Life: 12 months once opened.

Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
