Description

With its 70-year heritage, RefectoCil offers high performance eyelash and eyebrow tinting with intense colour for beautiful, long-lasting results.

Directions For Use:

  1. Clean the eye area with our oil-free, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Make-Up Remover.
  2. Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and eye protection papers according to instructions.
  3. Immediately before tinting, mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste.
  4. Afterwards, apply to brows and lashes.
  5. Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.

Timings: 

  • Lashes: 10 minutes.
  • Brows: 5-10 minutes. The longer the application time the more intensive the result.

Patch Testing:

A patch test should be carried out 48-72 hours before every treatment a repeat test is then required every 6 months.

For further guidance seek guidance from your insurer.

  1. Apply a small amount of product to the skin either behind the ear or on top of the arm, allow to dry, and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours.
  2. If no irritation, rash, swelling or redness occurs during this time, the chance of a reaction during treatment is very much less but is never certain.
  3. If any sign of irritation occurs, rinse the area thoroughly and do not carry out the treatment.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
