If you’re a quick-working lash tech looking for a glue for eyelash extensions that can keep up with you, look no further than Lightning. Our 0.2-second adhesive is one of the quickest adhesives on the market, drying fast whilst ensuring excellent retention and flexible, strong bonds. In addition, Lightning is water, oil, heat and humidity resistant once cured and is a suitable lash extension adhesive for oily skin types. Can be used for classic, volume and mega-volume sets.

How to Use Lightning Glue for Eyelash Extensions:

1. Ensure you shake your adhesive thoroughly by using a vortex glue shaker. Place your bottle on top of the mixer and press down for around 3-5 seconds to thoroughly mix. If shaking by hand, make sure to do so for 1-2 minutes.
2. Place a drop of Lightning onto either adhesive magic paper or a plastic adhesive holder.
3. Lash as normal.
4. Dispense a fresh drop once the consistency of your adhesive starts to thicken. This time frame will depend on the temperature and humidity of your lashing environment.
5. Once you’ve finished, use a drop of water over your dispensed adhesive to shock-cure it. This stops the release of further fumes. Use a lash nano mister over the completed set to speed up curing time.

Our 3-step eyelash extension prep ‘quick’ series has been designed with lash longevity in mind. They work well alongside Lightning to: ensure perfect fanning, prevent the adhesive from closing fans and to strengthen adhesive bonds.

If you find our Lightning adhesive too quick, then our popular Fusion lash extension glue might be better suited to you with a dry time of 0.5 seconds. Alternatively, our 1-2 second glue for lash extensions, Magnet, is perfect for those who prefer a little extra time to place their lashes.

Lightning Storage Instructions:

Lightning has a shelf life of 2 months once opened. To ensure best results store Lightning in one of our airtight opaque vac seal containers, keeping the bottle upright and in a cool, dark & temperature regulated room.

Shelf life unopened is 9 months. 

Please note: Lightning should not be disposed of with general household waste. Please check with your local authority for recommended disposal.

All our ingredients are EU approved & independently safety assessed to approve ingredients and application method. This adhesive is made in the UK.

Please note that the sample tubes have to be unscrewed at the bottom and there is no need to cut the end off.

Patch test 48 hours before:

We recommend to patch test at least 48 hours before treatment and to do so by applying extensions to the lashes. We do recommend placing at least 8-15 extensions on each eye as this will more likely show up an allergy than by just putting on 2 or 3.
