Instructions For Use:

1. Before use, cleanse the eyelashes and eyelids.
2. Apply the serum to the eyelids at the base of the upper and lower eyelashes. Using the applicator, draw a thin line along the upper and lower eyelids, moving from the inner corner of the eye to the outer one.
3. Wipe the excess serum with a soft cloth or paper tissue if needed.

Additional Information:
