Additional Information:

  • Warm Wax: To empty warm wax into the heater, ensure the inner bucket is in the chamber you are using and using the scrape bar as a support, tilt the warm pot so it is angled at 45 degrees and wax can pour into the middle of the bucket cleanly.
  • Hot Wax: Pour beads/block of hot wax into the chamber of choice, set to the temperature as per wax heating instructions.
  • PARAFFIN WAX: Please follow the manufacturer’s heating instructions.
  • Try to always use the scraper bar rather than the side of the bucket, this will keep your heater clean and tidy reducing cleaning between clients as well as preventing wax to fall under the metal inner buckets, which will prolong the lifetime of your heater.
  • Each week or more frequently if you are not using the scraper bar enough, as the heater cools, remove the inner buckets and wipe around both the heater chambers and outside of the inner buckets with wax cleaner and dry.
  • If you use your scraper all the time, this cleaning will be minimal
  • Gently wipe around the heater overall with wax cleaner. For the digital area, we recommend you use hot soapy water as over time the font will disappear with continued cleaning with harsh chemicals.
  • Use the lid to speed up heating times and overnight to help keep clean from dust etc.
  • Always complete a touch and heat test on yourself and your client before starting your wax treatment to test wax heat and sensitivity
