Description

Cambridge Masks™ are respirators (PPE) with UK military grade filtration technology. The masks filter out dust and pollution particles as well as bacteria and viruses using a unique triple layer filtration system.

The first layer catches larger pollution particles such as dust, followed by the Three-Ply Micro Particulate Filter which stops nearly 100% of smaller particulate matter. The final layer has been developed by the UK’s Ministry of Defence and filters out viruses, bacteria and gas pollution such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Ozone, Benzathine and Formaldehyde.

Suitable for use to filter out cyanoacrylate and formaldehyde which is released from Lash Adhesives for those with allergies, and for those who which to prevent an allergy forming.

Cambridge Face Mask Additional Information:

Cambridge Masks are hand washable, and should then be hung dry. Do not machine wash or machine dry as this can damage the filters.

You can find the washing instructions are on the back of the packaging. Wash the mask by gently massaging with warm water with washing soda, rinse thoroughly and leave to hang dry. This will remove dirt, makeup and dust, however, please note it will not extend the life of the filters. We do not recommend you to microwave the mask or wash the mask in boiling water as you may burn your hands.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
