Delivery, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service. We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Orders below 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail either via 1st Class delivery which can arrive in 1 to 3 working days, and 2nd Class delivery which can be up to 7 working days. Orders over 2kg will be shipped with our courier DHL.

We offer a Next Day UK Delivery service. This operates Monday-Friday and orders need to be placed by 2 pm. Post Offices do not operate on Bank Holidays so if you order on a bank holiday Monday then you will get your order on Wednesday and not Tuesday.

Orders placed on a Friday will only be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday. Some items do arrive on Saturday but Royal Mail does not guarantee deliveries on a Saturday.

There is an option to choose Saturday Guaranteed delivery.

Orders are processed during office hours Monday-Friday 9-5. Orders made after 2 pm may be dispatched the following working day. For Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 2 pm. Next-Day delivery is Mon-Fri. If you order on a Friday then your order will be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday and not Saturday. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday will not be posted until Monday so if you pay for Next Day Delivery on a Friday after 2 pm then you will not receive it until the following Tuesday. We do now offer Guaranteed Saturday delivery and this must be placed by 2 pm on Friday. Sometimes orders can be placed later than 2 pm so if you are desperate then email or call the office to check.

Samples are sent via regular 1st class delivery. Heavy items will be sent via courier. Please note the majority of our orders do arrive the following day but 1st class post can be anything from 1-3 working days as stated by Royal Mail.

For International orders then please note that there could be duties and taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in a poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If a parcel is returned to us for a refund then please note that the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched/issued on receipt of the returned items.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
