Delivery, Returns & Refunds
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Orders below 2kg are sent out via 1st Class Signed For Delivery (1-3 days). Orders over 2kg will either be shipped out via Parcelforce or a courier.
We offer a Next Day Delivery service. This operates on a Monday-Friday and orders need to be placed by 2pm.
Orders placed on a Friday will only be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday. Some items do arrive on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee deliveries on a Saturday.
There is an option to choose Saturday Guaranteed delivery.
Orders are processed during office hours Monday-Friday 8-4. Orders made after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day. For Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 2pm. Next Day delivery is Mon-Fri. If you order on a Friday then your order will be guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday and not Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be posted until Monday so if you pay for Next Day Delivery on a Friday after 2pm then you will not receive it until the following Tuesday. We do now offer Guaranteed Saturday delivery and this must be placed by 2pm on Friday. Sometimes orders can be placed later than 2pm so if you are desperate then email or call the office to check.
All parcels below 2kg are sent 1st class with signed for delivery. Samples are sent via regular 1st class delivery. Heavy items will be sent via courier. Please note the majority of our orders do arrive the following day but 1st class post can be anything from 1-3 working days as stated by Royal Mail.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
